In the posture, I feel very calm and relaxed. I can really feel the lengthening in my back. It feels good because my back is really getting stretched out. It feels as though I could remain in this position for a long time, perhaps five or ten minutes. Basically your whole body is touching the earth, so I feel very rooted and connected to the earth.
